Typical Build

Standard Channel letter signs are made out of a variety of sections to be integrated together in order to attain the desired astetics for your brand as well as the structural requirements that are site dependent.

CONSTRUCTION

Typically, the letters (Shapes) are made out of Aluminum cans, 3.5” deep welded on Aluminum Composit Material (ACM) backers are typical. Depth can vary if required from 2" to 10". The Letters are then capped with 3/16” acylic face that applies the colors. Shapes are preferrably assembled together either on an ACM Sheet or Raceway. Backlit letters are slightly different, the face is inverted to the bottom of the letter and then mounted on spacers to the sign back. Different options are also available from using brushed aluminum faces like gold or silver to using perforated faces to allow light to pass through the face.
